Our Projects

Our Mentoring and Coaching Programme provides personalised guidance to people who are navigating important life and career decisions. Participants are paired with mentors and trained coaches who offer support, encouragement, and practical advice.
Through regular sessions, participants build confidence, strengthen their decision making skills, and gain clarity about their personal and professional goals. The programme focuses on developing key life and employability skills such as communication, self awareness, leadership, and resilience.
Mentors also help participants explore opportunities, expand their networks, and identify pathways into education, training, or employment. By creating supportive and safe spaces for growth, the programme empowers participants to believe in their abilities and take ownership of their future.

Wellbeing Project
At Pink Skills, our Wellbeing Project harnesses the power of music, art, and creative movement to support the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of people in our community. We offer engaging sessions that use singing, playing instruments, and various expressions of art and talents to build confidence, reduce stress, and encourage self expression.
Through rhythm, movement, and creativity, participants develop not only artistic skills but also a deeper sense of connection, resilience, and joy. This project promotes holistic wellbeing by creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals can explore their talents, boost self esteem, and nurture a positive mindset.

Skills Training (NEET & At Risk of NEET)
Our Skills Training Programme supports people who may not be in education, employment, or training (NEET), or who may be at risk of becoming NEET. This programme provides practical training designed to build confidence, develop essential soft skills, and prepare participants for the workplace.
Through interactive workshops and hands on activities, participants learn skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and professional behaviour. The programme also introduces participants to career pathways, workplace expectations, and opportunities for further training or employment.
By working closely with community partners and employers, we ensure that the training is relevant, practical, and aligned with real-world opportunities. Our aim is to equip participants with the tools they need to move forward with confidence and to support them in their decision to take the next step towards education, training, or employment.

Together Against Hate Project
Pink Skills is committed to building safe, inclusive communities where everyone feels respected and valued. Through our Standing Together Against Hate Project, we raise awareness about hate crime, discrimination, and prejudice.
The programme provides educational workshops, community discussions, and support resources that empower individuals to recognise hate incidents, respond safely, and promote understanding between communities.

By encouraging dialogue, education, and community solidarity, we work to create environments where diversity is celebrated and hate has no place.

At Pink Skills, we are committed to fostering an environment where people feel seen, valued, and respected.

All our programmes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that our participants have equal opportunities to develop their skills, express themselves, and succeed.
By promoting understanding, empathy, and collaboration, we help build a more inclusive society where everyone can thrive.

The programme also focuses on interview preparation, helping participants understand what employers are looking for and how to communicate their strengths with confidence
